Zane De Decker, Managing Director, Flyt
Zane has nearly two decades of technical and practical experience in the field, spanning property, asset and development management. He graduated Cum Laude and completed his Post Graduate Degree in Property Studies at the University of Cape Town. Zane began his career at several high-worth property portfolios, including Old Mutual and the Public Investment Corporation (PIC) where he oversaw a portfolio of large projects and acquisitions, including the V&A Waterfront.
Following the PIC, Zane started his first company, Proventus Property, which initiated, designed and managed several residential and commercial developments, including modern-living and luxury residential estates. With the successful merger of Proventus Property with a larger partner in 2017, Zane founded Flyt Property Investments. Under his leadership, Flyt’s mandate is to seek and execute investment opportunities that not only create value for shareholders, but contribute positively to the built environment landscape of the Cape.
Andrew Friedman, Business Development, Anuva Investments
Andrew has a dynamic career spanning 27 years in sales and marketing, business development as well as customer and business management in digital technology &
the IT services market. Andrew recently joined the Anuva team to enhance all customer focus systems and to manage Anuva’s Affiliate Programme.
He holds several marketing, technology and project management accreditation's and is passionate about creating value for customers and stakeholders.
BICSTREET OPERATES UNDER THE FOLLOWING COVID SAFETY PROCEDURES:
1. Guests MUST register via the Eventbrite page (. If you have not registered via the link, you will be denied entry.
2. Guests MUST NOT attend the event if they have show any symptoms of COVID-19 within 48 hours before the event.
3. Guests will have their temperature taken upon entrance to BiCstreet.
4. Guests MUST sanitize upon entry and use the numerous sanitization points around BiCstreet when necessary.
5. Guests MUST wear masks at all times except when eating and drinking. Anyone without a mask will be provided with one and required to wear it.
6. Guests MUST ensure they practice social distancing between other guests as best as they can.
7. BiCstreet will only allow an attendance of up to 50 people.

Parking can be found outside the Cape Quarter Building and in its parkade off of Napier Street and Dixon Street. Once inside the Cape Quarter Building, go to the lifts and go to Floor 2. BiCstreet is located on Floor 2 in a corner office.
